The Alternative Prosperity Holdings Board of directors consists of four executive directors and three non-executive directors. We report on business performance using a balanced scorecard approach with transformation as one of our key measurement metrics alongside financial and societal impact metrics.

Responsible for Strategy and Investments for the Alternative Prosperity Group. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the transformation field complemented by his studies recognised through professional registration as a Chartered Financial Analyst and CA(SA). An auditor by profession, Christiaan specialised in company valuations at PwC. He was involved as one of the founding directors and technical head of ABVA, engaging with the DTIC on interpretative matters pertaining to B-BBEE. As one of the founders of the Alternative Prosperity Group, Christiaan has fulfilled the role of CEO since its formation.
