Remola Hurricharan serves as Head of Admin4Impact, the client-facing financial practice and division of Alternative Prosperity. In this executive capacity, she leads the strategic direction and operational delivery of comprehensive accounting and back-office services to a portfolio comprising investee companies, investor-backed entities, and client ventures operated within the Alternative Prosperity ecosystem.
She is responsible for overseeing the full financial administration function across the portfolio, ensuring the implementation of robust financial controls, accurate and timely reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient operational systems. Under her leadership, Admin4Impact provides disciplined financial governance that strengthens institutional credibility and supports sustainable growth.

Role Description

Rowen Davids CA(SA) is the Group Accountant responsible for the full accounting and management reporting function across the group of companies. In this role, he oversees the preparation of management accounts, maintains accurate accounting records across entities and delivers business analytics that support informed executive decision-making.

He monitors actual expenditure against approved budgets, identifies variances and compiles monthly management reports that provide clear financial visibility to leadership. Rowen ensures that all balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, debtor, creditor and inter-company accounts, are completed accurately and on time. He collaborates with the Group Financial Manager and business unit heads in developing annual budgets and supports the coordination of the annual external audit process.

A key part of his mandate is ensuring compliance with statutory requirements relating to financial control, accounting and tax, while embedding consistent finance policies, procedures and systems across teams. His work combines strong analytical capability with structured planning and disciplined financial governance.
